Mike was the Chief Administrative Officer of Niagara Region for 14 years and brings with him 35 years of extensive Municipal Government and Public Sector experience. His other roles have included Vice President Administrative Services with Niagara College; Deputy CAO, Treasurer and Director of Corporate Services at Niagara Region; Treasurer at both City of Stoney Creek and Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake; and leadership positions in a public accounting firm, a real estate development company and a major Canadian financial institution. He has served as President of the Ontario Municipal Administrators Association, Board of Director for the Niagara Chapter of the Society of Management Accountants, Association Chair for the Municipal Finance Officers Association of Ontario, President for ONE Financing Corporation, was a member of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Municipal Management / Innovation, and Past Chair of the Ontario Regional and Single Tier CAOs group. He currently sits as a Board member of the Housing Services Corporation of Ontario and a Board member of Special Olympics Canada. Marcy Saxe-Braithwaite, BScN, MScN, MBA, CHE, Senior Advisor – Health Care Expert and Executive Coach
Marcy has over 30 years of healthcare experience both as a consultant and operationally in progressively senior management positions in Ontario and British Columbia. She has worked in acute care, non-acute care, regional health systems, community and teaching hospitals, professional associations, government and academia.
