Liuba Mamonova, P.Eng, PMP, Project Manager
Liuba is an Industrial Engineer by trade, and an experienced professional who delivers initiatives garnering tangible results via project management of system implementations, operational reviews and process analysis in a broad range of industries. She thrives in a program management role ensuring the overall objective of the program and the multiple projects within it are all delivered on time, on budget and at a high level of quality, while obtaining organizational buy-in. Her attention to detail, high efficiency, results focus, and the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels has resulted in driving project momentum, effectively managing project resources/vendors, and timely decisions for difficult scenarios. She is often on projects where there is a quick learning curve, and yet is able to transfer knowledge and build best practices at the client site. Liuba is also the Chair of the board of Children’s Peace Theater, past Membership Director for the Institute of Industrial Engineers, Advisor and past Member of the Board of Directors for Students for International Development, International Volunteer for Gap Chile, and a Canadian National Freediving Champion (2012).
Sumeet Kumar, BEng., MBA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, OCAI, Director - LEAN & Culture Transformation
Sumeet has over 20 years of global operational excellence experience with roles in large organizations across 3 continents. He leads organizations through business and culture transformation. Prior to joining StraNexus, his previous roles have included Director Transformation, North Bay Regional Health Centre, LEAN Leader – Regional Mental Health & Addictions, Vancouver Coastal Health, Vice President and Business Head, BMGI, Chief Strategy Officer, Vice President and Business Head, Trident Group, Senior Manager – Innovation, Jubilant Organosys Ltd and Product Executive of a Ford Division. Sumeet is an expert motivator who brings an infectious enthusiasm to every change initiative. He is often invited to leadership and LEAN conferences across North America and has given talks on Lean Six Sigma applications and practical culture and business transformations.
Asim Qureshi, Director Customer Experience Management
Asim is a dynamic leader with 15 years of proven thought and process leadership in improving customer engagement. He has both launched and redesigned customer facing organizations with scope that included customer experience strategy, strategic planning, process redesign and improvement, and systems selection and implementation. Successes include reducing customer-base calling by 55%, improving first-time-right by 80% and managing a $100M+ operating budget to 15 successive quarters of savings. He has held Director level positions in both telecom and food and beverage industries. He has an uncanny ability to bring in the customer perspective, create organizational buy-in, measure the results and drive actionable change resulting in growth of revenue, services, product offerings and improvements in customer experience.
