Project consultants are our front end leaders in delivering tangible results at the client sites. As they continue to hone their area(s) of expertise and discover themselves, their drive to succeed, curiosity on projects, mandate to do the right thing at the client site, and communication skill sets make them the ideal change agents even for the tough client resources. Their backgrounds can vary from industrial, systems or management engineering, business, science, consulting and operations. A project consultant has prior work experience, having either worked in the industry for a few years or having been trained in a hands-on manner by successfully completing at least one StraNexus Apprentice Program project. Being a project consultant requires strong communication and analytical skills since this role is primarily client facing and entails delivering tangible results during all project engagements. Project Consultants also benefit from many on-the-job learning opportunities and are supported in developing an areas of expertise.
