Corporate social responsibility (also referred to as “corporate conscience”) is a self-regulated approach to business which makes social responsibility a key part of the business model. At StraNexus we believe in running a responsible business and this is reflected throughout our business model in several ways. Firstly, StraNexus believes in supporting our people in their professional and personal growth. We do this through one-on-one career planning and by investing in further education of our employees.
Second, StraNexus dedicates time to work on projects with charitable and not-for-profit organizations to increase capacity and streamline processes. This work is a great way to make a difference in our local and international communities. We found that aside from the tremendous impact that our company can make to various causes, there is a big benefit to our staff as well. Interested members of the StraNexus family are able to grow their skills and breadth of experience while doing rewarding work with a charitable organization.
