The pipeline client had limited resources and IT expertise to get on board with the CMMS tool that the rest of the organization was using.

- Identifying key tasks that needed to happen in order for the group to go-live and laying out a work plan
- Facilitating regular team meetings and tracking of progress against the work plan
- Providing support with data collection and clean-up
- Creating and conducting end user training
- Providing support post go-live in order to monitor effective system use and suggest corrections as needed
