The client wanted to obtain buy-in from the management of its various remote regions to transition to new procurement to payment processes.

Our team approached this by organizing and facilitating workshops with management and staff in the field offices. The workshops focused on getting staff feedback on future state processes as well as identifying further opportunities for improvement based on suggestions from staff.

Results

  • Future state procurement to payment processes were accepted by staff and implemented as part of a wider Maximo system implementation initiative
  • Select opportunities were also piloted
