The client is a Real Estate development and construction company. It operates across Canada and US with three main regional divisions that operate independently of each other.

Client's Challenge

This company needs to comply with new government legislation which would affect its Sales and IT departments. Current degree of compliance is unknown and company employees are not familiar with the new legislation. Furthermore, the new law affects two of the company’s divisions, which operate independently of each other and have different sales processes and procedures.
