Bruce has been coaching people and organizations for over 30 years.  After spending ten years as a family physician, he left that practice to pursue the study of Human Behaviour, providing executive coaching to mid- and senior level management, and customized training to organizations wishing to grow their management team’s capabilities.  He is a pioneer in the field of Emotional Intelligence and has designed numerous workshops on this topic over the last 25 years.  Bruce has taught leadership at Wilfrid Laurier’s School of Business and Economics and York University’s Schulich Executive Education Centre, and critical and creative thinking at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.  He is passionate about improving people’s experiences and performance, and providing tools that actually do work.
